Connecting to the internet using LTE at and average speed of 15Mbps makes it a viable option to connecting your company telephone system for VoIP calls. It is important to note that this is a maturing solution and for that reason it will be a best effort solution for VoIP.  If no other service is available it can be deployed for voice subject to conditions.  The importance of having some form of connectivity far out weighs the negative of not having service.  As more bandwidth becomes available it will improve and become a very acceptable standard form of connectivity for broadband services. 

The advantages of LTE is the ease and speed at which it can be deployed making it similar in nature to traditional mobile least cost routing. The major difference will be voice and data usage on the same connection and the added benefit of reduced call charges by applying VoIP for voice.
